8.00pm on the 30th April in the St Peter's Centre

The Annual Parochial Meeting is one of the occasions during the year when all members from both churches can come together, to reflect on what God has provided during the past year and to consider the vision for the future of the Parish.  Please Note: Only those people who are on the Electoral Roll for the Parish will be eligible to speak and vote at the meeting.

To be a member of the PCC, you must have been on the Parish Electoral Roll for 6 months.  Nomination Forms are at the back of both churches.  Please pray that God will provide the right people to become members.

The Church Electoral Roll is currently being updated.  Copies of the current Roll will be displayed in the St Peter's centre and at the back of the Church of the Good Shepherd from 23rd March to 20th April.  New members can be added by filling in an application form available from the back of church.  Those who have been attending worship for a period of at least 6 months are encouraged to become members on the Roll.

We are delighted to announce the appointment of a new Curate to the Parish, with effect from July 2014.  His name is Richard Sherratt, married to Suzanne, and currently training at Wycliffe Hall, Oxford.  More details and a photo in October's Outlook magazine.

This year's confirmation service will be conducted by the Bishop of Chester, Rt. Revd. Peter Forster at 6.30pm on Sunday 8th June at St Peter's.  If there are any adults or young people (in year 9 or above) who are interested in Confirmation, please speak to a member of the Clergy or contact the Parish Office on 342 3471.
