Guyana Medical Mission
On Saturday 14th of June a team of seven, six from the parish of Heswall, embarked on a mission trip to Guyana under the banner of New Hope Ministries.
The team is led by John and Myra Sloan from the Church of the Good Shepherd who asked that we get behind the mission in prayer. They specifically asked that we pray for the following:
1. Safety - as they travel by plane, small motor
boat, and jungle lorry.
2. Pastor Yasin’s health - he had heart surgery 4
weeks ago.
3. They will have the resources to meet the needs
of those they see.
4. As they bring the love of Jesus that many would
come to know Him as their personal lord and
saviour.
5. Good team relationships and for fun!
