About Us

We are an evangelical anglican church with two main buildings in different parts of the town:

• St Peters Church in Lower Heswall is the Parish Church
  
  
  
  
  
• The Church of the Good Shepherd is on the main road in the town centre

         

          

We share the following Core Purposes -

Mission - to bring peple of every age and background into a living and growing relationship with Jesus Christ

Community - to be a mutually supportive, caring community in which everyone has a vital part to play

Worship - to offer worship to God that is whole-hearted, accessible and relevant

Discipleship - to enable people to grow in wholeness and Christ-likeness in our lives and relationships

Service - to make a positive difference in our community and world.

In order to make this happen we have an employed staff team of three plus an invaluable administration team.

The lay leadership comprises the two Churchwardens Ron Kearney (St Peters) and Derek Lacey (CoGS)
